Overland cup holders: vehicle mount or camp-table base?
Match the holder to movement, mounting permissions and the surface you actually use.

For the road
A vehicle-compatible mounted holder has a different job from a freestanding base. Follow the vehicle and accessory instructions; keep controls and occupant space clear.
For a camp chair
An integrated pocket or approved chair accessory may keep a drink close, but check size, support and how you enter and leave the chair. Do not assume every chair arm accepts a clamp.
For a table
Steadi adds a wider resting base to compatible drinkware on a level, fully supported surface. It has no suction or attachment and is not a seal.
Fit before packing
Measure the drink base at 2–3.15 inches inclusive, check handle and boot clearance, and reserve the full 5.2-inch footprint. Choose another arrangement if those checks fail.
