Make space for a drink on a crowded camp table

Plan around cooking, folding joints, charging cords and the way you reach.

Settle in after the trail. AI lifestyle illustration.
Lifestyle illustration. Choose a level spot with the whole base supported.

Map the work area

Place the stove and preparation equipment first according to their own instructions. A drink belongs outside that work area, not in the space you use to set down hot utensils.

Avoid joints and edges

Use an uninterrupted supported area. A seam, narrow slat or folding joint can make placement awkward; do not balance the holder across an unsupported gap.

Try a normal reach

Sit in the chair you will use. Reach for an empty container without leaning across other equipment. Move the drink spot if your elbow sweeps through the cooking or gear area.

Clean and pack

Hand wash Steadi after use and let it dry before storage. No dishwasher or microwave. Inspect the resting surface again when moving to a different campsite.
